Based in Bensalem, PA., we at Custom Mfg. Corp. offer a welding capability as part of our full service approach to being a single source supplier to our customers. For the extrusions that we bend, we provide this service when the deliverable product requires it as a secondary operation or as a part of a larger assembly. We are equipped with the welding machinery required to perform both TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding. We weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Our in-house welding capability eliminates the need for a secondary supplier. Project accountability is traceable to us, making the entire project easier for our customers. We ensure quality throughout the production process by performing various inspection activities.
